North Studio is operated by NPLOGS LLC ("North Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or order from northstudioart.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Order information — name, email, shipping address, and payment details, collected and processed securely through our checkout provider, Shopify.
• Personalization details — the place, names, date, quote, and other details you enter to design your print.
• Contact information — your name and email if you contact us or sign up for our newsletter.
• Usage information — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, along with cart and session cookies needed for the Site and checkout to function.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to design, produce, and ship your order; email you a proof for approval; communicate with you about your order; respond to support requests; and, only if you've opted in, send occasional marketing emails about new designs or offers. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Shopify, our e-commerce and payment platform, which processes checkout, payment, and order data on our behalf.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Service providers who help us operate the Site, such as hosting, who are only permitted to use your data to provide that service.
• Law enforcement or authorities, only if required by law.

Cookies

The Site uses two kinds of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for core functionality like keeping items in your cart and completing checkout through Shopify. These can't be switched off and don't require consent.
• Optional cookies (analytics/marketing) — only set if we add such tools in the future, and only after you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

We keep your order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
